Qualifications

• State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Urology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision of a physician in hospital and clinic settings
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate lab tests
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease
• Maintain credentialing requirements for assigned facilities
• Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
