Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and/or relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification or registration preferred; BLS required.
• Experience in a physician office; urology experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for visits.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests.
• Manage patient records and documentation per HIPAA.
• Coordinate appointments and patient education.
