Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Urology and other clinic services in Hinsdale/Lombard, Lisle, Wheaton, Naperville, Bolingbrook. You will assist with registration, vital signs, and specimen collection, while aiding physicians during exams and procedures.

Responsibilities include immunizations, injections, on-site lab tests, and ensuring patient comfort. Requires MA certification and a high school diploma; travel may be required to nearby clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required.
• Active Medical Assistant certification required (AMT/NCCT/NHA/AAMA/ARMA).
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs, and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, dressing changes, and first aid.
• Assist with prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, and charting.
• Conduct onsite labs including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and provide excellent customer service.
