• Practice supported by experienced APPs in both the clinical setting and inpatient rounding.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary $500K-$575K. Starting bonus - up to $100,000. Competitive RVU model with strong Primary Care referral network. Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance includes tail. 403B and 457B retirement options; HSA option. Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate and renewals.

Work Life Balance

• Traditional work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Full‑time Providers practice 36 patient‑facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time.

Relocation and Transition Support

• Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000 in accordance with IRS regulations.
