Jackson Physician Search in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a thriving group of 3 colleagues. This is a lifestyle position with a 4-day work week and a low call burden.

The role features a 4-day schedule with dedicated clinic and OR time, operating at a level-III trauma and a non-trauma hospital. Robotic surgery is available, and total compensation includes a base salary of $500K with wRVU upside into the $650K+ range plus full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate and work out of a level-III trauma and a non-trauma designated hospital - low call burden.
• Provide clinical urology services with dedicated clinic and OR time.
• Collaborate with 3 other experienced Urologists in a private practice setting.
• Utilize robotic surgery when appropriate.
