Qualifications

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to patient ages.
• Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing services in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of urologic patients.
• Conduct patient assessments, perform procedures, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation.
