Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group in Killeen, Texas seeks a compassionate APP to join our Urology program, working with an experienced Urologist to manage a broad range of urologic conditions in an outpatient setting. The schedule features 4 full clinic days and 1 half day per week, with travel to neighboring clinics as required and no weekend clinic responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program.
• National board certification required.
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
• Previous Urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology care in clinic settings.
• Collaborate with the Urology team to develop and implement care plans.
• Travel to neighboring clinic locations within the service area as needed.

About the Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated APP to join our growing Urology program in Killeen, Texas. Working alongside an experienced Urologist, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, men's health concerns, and other general urologic conditions.

As the demand for urologic services continues to grow across Central Texas, this role provides an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team and contribute to the expansion of a thriving practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong patient relationships while managing both new and established patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, educating patients on treatment options, and helping improve patients' quality of life through personalized care plans.
