Lahey Institute of Urology, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider for their APPFA-accredited urology fellowship program in Burlington, MA. This 12-month fellowship combines didactic education with clinical rotations while working as a staff AP.

The program aims to prepare certified PAs and NPs to deliver inpatient, outpatient, and intraoperative urologic care, under physician mentorship, with a weekday schedule of about 40 hours and occasional travel

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Valid NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
• Strong desire to work in Urology.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and intraoperative urologic care.
• Work under supervising physician with mentors to maintain scope of practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
