Job summary

Atlantic Health seeks an Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) to join AMG Urology in Summit and Bridgewater, NJ. The role supports physicians in delivering high-quality patient care with inpatient responsibilities and opportunities to perform various urology procedures.

Per diem shifts vary between 4, 8, or 10 hours, primarily weekdays with weekends optional. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in NP/PA, NJ licensure or eligibility, and ACLS/BLS certification, with at least 3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Urology is a plus.
• Surgical Experience and robotics training are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and the practice in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Handle inpatient responsibilities.
• Develop independence within the practice; participate in procedures as needed.
• Per diem shifts; participate in 4-, 8-, or 10-hour day shifts.
• Shifts vary Monday–Friday with weekends optional.
