• 4-day work week.
• High-volume practice with experienced colleagues, dedicated MAs, RNs, and APP support.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary starting at $559,976 with uncapped productivity earnings.
• $75,000 start bonus and up to $27,000 relocation assistance.
• Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over 5 years.
• 200 hours PTO, 40 CME hours plus stipend, full benefits, retirement contributions, and PSLF eligibility.
