• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Urology.
• Experience in a clinical practice setting preferred.

Urology Physician Needed in Southern Oregon

Work in Beautiful Oregon at an FQHC:

• No on-call duties (unless you are seeking hospital privileges).
• 8 APPs on staff
• Other physicians on staff as well
• Salary: Between $200-250k
• Productivity bonuses offered that can exceed $100k on top of base salary
• Student loan reimbursement offered through NHSC and state loan programs
• Sign-on and Relocation bonuses are negotiable
