Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing multi-specialty group in Northeastern Ohio, just an hour from Cleveland. The position offers a guaranteed salary for the first two years with a transition to productivity-based compensation thereafter. A negotiable signing and relocation bonus are included, along with malpractice coverage and tail insurance.

You will work in a high-volume practice with support from a trained staff and an Advanced Practice Provider. H-1B visa sponsorship is available within a not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Experience in Urology, BC/BE required.
• Familiar with fully integrated EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Join a multi-specialty group as a Urologist.
• Provide care in a high-volume office practice.
• Participate in call coverage approximately 10 days per month.

Urologist – Northeastern Ohio (1 hour to Cleveland)

• Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing employed multi-specialty group
• Guaranteed salary for years one and two, plus bonus; year three transitions to a productivity-based compensation model (salary based on years of post‑training experience, incremental to benefits)
