Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA, is seeking a full-time urology provider to join a busy team of 3 urologists and 3 APCs. The role includes ED call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic duties with a rotating schedule across clinic, inpatient, and ED settings.

The position offers a $30k starting bonus for experienced providers, a $15k bonus for new graduates, and comprehensive benefits; compensation ranges from $138,712 to $184,404 annually, with PSLF eligibility and CME benefits.

Qualifications

• Urology practice requiring OR first assist and outpatient clinic experience.
• Experience in urology and OR preferred.
• Robotics-assisted procedures experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department call coverage.
• Assist in the operating room as first assistant.
• See patients in outpatient clinic and rotating clinics.
• Support inpatient and ED services as needed.

Responsibilities of this role include emergency dept call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic. Join a dedicated, collegial team while enjoying a balanced schedule in sunny southeast Washington.

• $30k starting bonus for experienced provider and $15k for new graduate
• Monday to Friday schedule; 36 patient facing hours

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
