Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Regional is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join Piedmont Physicians Urology, a high-volume practice with four MDs and two NPs. The clinician will provide comprehensive urologic care in a hospital-employed setting within a multi-specialty group.

The physician will participate in call coverage with local urologists, collaborate with a skilled nursing team, and benefit from a competitive base salary plus incentive bonus and sign-on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in urology (BE/BC).
• Experience in a high-volume urology setting preferred.
• Willingness to participate in hospital-based call coverage.

What We Are Seeking?

Piedmont Columbus Regional is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our Piedmont Physicians Urology with four MDs and two NPs. This position is hospital employed with Piedmont Physician Group (a multi-specialty practice of 80+ doctors) and is a high-volume practice.

This position offers an excellent benefits plan, call coverage with other local urologists, as well as a strong military referral base in addition Piedmont Clinic. Physician will work with a highly skilled nursing team.

Who Are We?

Piedmont Columbus Regional is part of Piedmont Healthcare's integrated system of 27 hospitals. Our system in Columbus is comprised of two hospitals and a cancer center, serving a radius of more than 14 counties. The Midtown Campus is a 583-bed hospital and functions as a Level 2 Trauma Center with the region's only Children's Hospital including a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The Northside Campus is a 100-bed, general acute care hospital that is nationally recognized for delivering outstanding clinical quality, accompanied by the highest levels of customer service. Northside has opened a 12,000 square foot Emergency Department with 10 patient rooms and plans for expansion. The new ED at the Northside Campus is staffed with board-certified ER physicians 24/7 as well as creating other physician-led programs. The John B. Amos Cancer Center is the only oncology center in the area to offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. The 107,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility employs 8 hematology oncologists, 3 radiation oncologists, a breast surgeon, a thoracic surgeon, a GYN Oncologist, and additional support staff.
