Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland/Killington, Vermont. This general urology position offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with a 1:4 call rotation and opportunities for subspecialty interests.

Compensation includes a competitive salary with signing bonus, relocation assistance, and educational loan repayment, plus comprehensive benefits and PSLF-eligible employer status.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
