Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Urologist to join a growing team as we launch a new state-of-the-art facility. The role features a mix of inpatient and outpatient work, a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call duties, and flexibility as the new campus is developed.

The successful candidate will be board eligible or board certified in urology, complete residency in urology, and able to obtain an Indiana medical license.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology.
• Completed residency training in Urology.
• Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians.
• Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license.

Responsibilities

• A mix of inpatient and outpatient work.
• Monday through Friday schedule with some on-call duties.
• Flexibility as we build and shape this new facility.
