Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a full-time Urologist to join a physician-led practice within a leading nonprofit health system in the United States. The role covers inpatient and outpatient general urology with a robust referral network and ~70 surgeries monthly using the da Vinci system, lasers, and urodynamics.

You will manage a varied procedure mix including stone procedures, ureteroscopy, TURP, UroLift, nephrectomy, and bladder surgeries, with call limited to ~5 days per month, supported by APPs and

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and operational capabilities.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad general urology care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform ~70 surgical cases per month using advanced surgical technology (da Vinci robotic system, lasers).
• Handle a broad procedural mix including stone procedures, ureteroscopy, TURP, UroLift, nephrectomy, and bladder surgeries.
• Maintain call duties of about 5 days per month with APP and locum support.
