Job summary

A national health system is expanding its Urology service line and seeks a BE/BC Urologist to join an established team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs. The practice features protected OR block time, Da Vinci XI robotics, and a sustainable call structure, designed to prevent burnout while enabling impactful work.

Compensation includes $100,000 student loan repayment, $45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Urology required
• Team-based practice with 3 Urologists and 3 APPs
• Protected OR block time and dedicated clinic days preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR and Da Vinci robotics a plus

Responsibilities

• Join an established urology team of 3 urologists and 3 APPs
• Work within a protected OR block time and dedicated clinic days
• Maintain a sustainable workload with light, well-covered call
• Utilize Da Vinci XI robotics and advanced imaging technologies
