Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a board‑certified (or eligible) Urologist to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA. This PRN position supports call coverage across Pierce County hospitals, with weekend shifts and weekday 24‑hour options.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Active or eligible license in Washington state.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in general Urology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide array of Urology cases in a PRN role.
• Provide compassionate, expert care and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well‑being.
• Support call coverage with weekend and 24‑hour weekday shifts.
• Operate at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor and other Pierce County locations.
