Job summary

AOIA in Bloomington, IL, is seeking an additional urologist to join three partners and experienced urology APPs in a high-volume, autonomous private-practice setting.

The role offers a broad surgical scope with access to da Vinci systems and AQUABEAM; mentorship for new graduates and opportunities to grow within a physician-owned group.

Two Level II Trauma Centers are covered with 1:4 call; competitive compensation with partnership potential and in-house ancillary opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board eligibility is expected.
• Urology specialty with ability to practice general urology.
• Interest in robotics or robotic experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology services.
• Participate in robotic-assisted procedures as available.
• Collaborate with APPs and colleagues to manage a busy practice.
• Cover two Level II Trauma Centers with 1:4 call.
