Job summary

Aura Health seeks a Urologist to provide comprehensive urological care to Veterans within a collaborative team environment in Phoenix, Arizona.

The role includes pre-operative assessments, surgeries (including opportunities for robotic procedures), and teaching trainees. A strong license in the U.S. and board eligibility or certification are required. A competitive salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in urology.

• Experience or training in robotic surgery is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative assessments, examinations, and management of adult urological patients.
• Handle all aspects of urological surgery, including genitourinary injuries and diseases, with opportunities for robotic procedures.
• Providing surgical treatments ranging from minor to major procedures.
• Potential involvement in teaching urology residents, fellows, and medical students, possibly through a faculty appointment.
