Job summary

CompHealth is seeking eager physicians for locum tenens urology assignments in the Portsmouth area. Positions can range from short days to extended engagements, with local or travel opportunities and dedicated recruiter support.

Assignments offer exposure to a broad urology practice, including adult and neonatal cases, advanced endoscopic techniques, and a mix of clinic, hospital, and OR procedures. Housing and travel are arranged, with comprehensive malpractice coverage.

Responsibilities

• Mon–Thu, 8 am–4:30 pm with 3–4 half-day clinics per week and call
• 15–20 patients per day in clinic
• 15–20 inpatient patients per shift with assigned rounding
• 4–8 hospital procedures per day
• General urology including neonate procedures and advanced endoscopic techniques
• Laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy required
• Office procedures including vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate and renal ultrasounds
