Skagit Regional Health in Mount Vernon, WA, seeks an Urologist to join a 3-physician, 2-PA team with full support staff. The role includes robotic surgery with a da Vinci Xi, blocked OR time at Skagit Valley Hospital, and a balanced 32-hour patient contact schedule.

The ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology with an ACGME residency, WA license, and BLS certification, committed to compassionate, community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain before starting.
• BLS certification before starting or within first week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and PAs.
• Participate in robotic surgeries using the da Vinci Xi system.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and community ties.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with ambient AI tools (Abridge) system-wide.
