Job summary

RN.com is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join the sole urology practice serving the Hagerstown community in Maryland. The role offers high patient demand, immediate volume, strong support, and potential to shape regional urologic care.

Outpatient services are located on hospital campus with surgeries in hospital ORs and ASC, as the team grows from 2 physicians to 4, providing a stable platform for long-term service.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible (new grads welcome).
• H1B and J1 visas considered.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounding on 5–6 patients with ~3 new consults on call days.
• Surgeries performed at hospital ORs and ASC on the same campus as the clinic.
• Outpatient clinic 3.0–3.5 days per week with ~25–30 patients per day.
• Call schedule 1:3 rotation, with coverage of inpatient consults and ED cases.
• Strong ED and hospitalist support.
