Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS, is seeking a BE/BC Urologist for a hospital-employed position joining an established independent group. The role offers a high-volume practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and 3 OR block days per week.

Robotics experience is preferred but not required; there is a potential 1:3 call rotation and a comprehensive compensation package with relocation and debt repayment options.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible urologist.
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
• No J-1 visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
• 3 block OR days per week.
• High-volume practice supported by an expansive referral network.
• Robotics experience/training preferred but not required.
• 1:3 call rotation potential.
