The compensation includes a floor of $825,000 for the first two years plus a $200,000 retention incentive for remaining 4 years, with the potential for higher RVU-based earnings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification in urology preferred or must be attained within five years of residency if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations for urology patients.
• Admit, evaluate, diagnose and provide pre-, intra-, and postoperative care.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures for patients of all ages.
