Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed general practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role features a typical 8am-5pm schedule, with a 1:4 call rotation and potential subspecialty interests.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
