Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) in Santa Rosa, California is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist with training or strong interest in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS/URPS) to join our established practice.

The incoming physician will assume an existing patient panel, with flexibility to incorporate general urology, and enjoy a 0.8 to 1.0 FTE schedule, generous compensation, and access to advanced robotic capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Fellowship training in URPS/FPMRS preferred but not required.
• Interest in comprehensive pelvic floor and reconstructive care.
• California medical license or ability to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Provide pelvic floor and reconstructive care with focus on FPMRS/URPS.
• Option to incorporate general urology based on clinical interests.
• Collaborate with a collaborative team and utilize advanced surgical capabilities.
• Robotic and other advanced procedures available (e.g., sacrocolpopexy, mid-urethral slings, InterStim, bladder Botox).
• Flexible 0.8–1.0 FTE schedule to support work-life balance.
