• Provide Friday OR block with approximately 10 hours of OR time on assigned coverage weekends.
• Monday outpatient clinic with approximately 8 hours of patient care after weekend of call.
• Weekend call coverage and trauma response (~60 minutes).
• Defined and limited on-site weekend requirements.
