Chesapeake Urology (CUA) in the Baltimore area is seeking a full-time urologist to join a patient-centered, multidisciplinary team. You will practice across ambulatory settings with strong emphasis on community care and clinical excellence.

The role offers a base salary range of $350,000–$380,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and a clear path to partnership within 2.5 years, along with opportunities to participate in research and teaching.
