• Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive, endoscopic, and open techniques.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, labs, and urodynamic studies.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join a growing medical practice in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

The physician will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating urological conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple clinical locations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Urologist

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $400,000 annually + Bonus

Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions involving the kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, and male reproductive system.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive, endoscopic, and open surgical techniques.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full‑time position.
• Work across multiple clinic locations in Brooklyn, NY, with flexibility to rotate between locations.
• Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient consultation, and surgical responsibilities.
• On-call responsibilities may be required.
• Schedule may vary based on patient volume and practice needs.
