Lovelace Medical Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, seeks an American BE/BC Urologist to join its employed, established team. The role offers clinic and OR days, potential teaching opportunities, and Epic EMR experience in a supportive environment.

The practice features a strong patient volume, modern in-office equipment, and a structured recruitment package with competitive base salary plus incentive, CME allowance, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Must have Urology residency and board certification or eligibility.
• Experience with minimally invasive robotic techniques preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy employed practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered urologic care in a busy practice.
• Manage a 26+ patient load per day across clinic and OR.
• Work 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, with 1 week call.
• Teach residents and PAs; use Epic EMR.
