Job summary

Spokane Urology in Spokane, WA is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our growing private practice, delivering comprehensive outpatient and surgical care to a diverse patient population.

This role offers clinical autonomy within a physician-led network, flexible employment options (part-time, employed, or partnership track), generous compensation, signing bonus, relocation support, and ongoing CME opportunities to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington state.
• Strong clinical skills in general urology and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and procedural urologic care for adult men and women.
• Diagnose and treat a broad case mix, including BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, overactive bladder, men's health, and urologic oncology.
• Perform office-based and operative procedures using state-of-the‑art diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies.
• Collaborate with urologic oncologists and other physicians to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
• Participate in shared call coverage and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
