Qualifications

• Illinois medical license or ability to obtain IL license.
• Illinois Controlled Substances license or ability to obtain IL license.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties in outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and OR cases.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with shared call coverage of 8 days per month, including one weekend.
