Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Urologist to join a community-based system with two da Vinci robotic platforms (Xi and DV5) in a modern facility. The role offers a four-day workweek (36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours) and shared call with stipends.

You will perform robotic and general surgeries, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support a comprehensive urology service line within a physician-led not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in urology.
• Strong surgical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform robotic and open urologic surgeries.
• Manage patient care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and contribute to the urology service line and referrals.

The position offers predictable operating room access, integrated Epic EHR, and DAX ambient documentation to streamline workflow.
