Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Urology physician to treat and care for patients within a multidisciplinary urologic cancer center. You will participate in team decisions, contribute to education, and serve as a role model for trainees and staff.

The role requires MD/MD-PhD in urology, board certification, and the ability to interpret complex clinical and genomic data in a fast-paced setting. Clinical excellence and patient-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

  • MD/MD-PhD with medical training in urology.
  • Board certified in urology and state license in good standing.
  • Board eligible in urology and will complete boards within 12 months.
  • Ability to interpret clinical, genomic, and efficacy data.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of urological treatment options.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Effective communication with patients, technicians, peers and clinic team.

Responsibilities

  • Treat and care for patients.

  • Dignose and treat patient disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues.

Urology Care of North Florida, a member of Navista, offers patient‑centered cancer and urology services in Lake City, FL, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach in a single convenient setting.

What We Offer

Compensation: Anticipated salary range of $550,000 - $700,000 per year plus a productivity bonus. The salary range is an estimate that considers education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity. Bonus eligible: Yes.
