Job summary

Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics in Salem, MA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative and patient-focused surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive urologic care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

Qualifications

• General Urologist with broad clinical experience.
• Endourology / HoLEP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care including evaluation, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment.
• Perform a broad range of urologic procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive techniques.
• Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with Urology APPs and nurses.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for coordinated care.
• Contribute to on-call coverage and inpatient consultation services.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with standards.

Salem Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative and patient-focused surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive urologic care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive urologic care including consultation, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of urologic conditions.
• Perform a broad range of urologic procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with Urology APPs, Urology Nurses and expanded multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to support clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists across the health system to ensure coordinated care.
• Contribute to on-call coverage and inpatient consultation services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and comply with regulatory and institutional standards.

Qualifications

General Urologist with broad clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Endourology / HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate)
