Job summary

MidLantic Urology (MLU), part of Urology Alliance, is seeking a urologist to join a physician-led, private practice with a clear partnership track. The role features a stable patient base, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for subspecialty growth.

You will diagnose and treat a broad range of urological conditions, with 1–2 days weekly in the OR at our Paoli and Wayne facilities, plus 3–4 clinic days and a shared on-call schedule to support excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with a strong foundation in comprehensive urological care.
• Bonus points for experience or interest in female urology.
• Embraces collaboration with PAs and physicians in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care: diagnose and treat diverse urological conditions with personalized plans.
• Operate: spend 1–2 days per week in the OR at our on-site center and affiliated facilities.

• Balance Your Week: Enjoy 3-4 clinic days (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) at our Paoli or West Chester locations, with a shared call schedule covering Paoli Hospital and Chester County Hospital-because work-life harmony matters.
