Job summary

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing practice.

The role offers a balanced inpatient/outpatient schedule, state-of-the-art urology equipment, and a strong referral network within CommonSpirit Health. The successful candidate will have completed ACGME Residency and Fellowship, hold Texas licensure or be eligible, and maintain ABMS certification with active BLS.

• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain before employment
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship
• American Board Certification and active BLS

Responsibilities

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support
• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for urologic conditions
• Perform office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health
• Utilize a full cystoscopy suite and in-office urodynamics
• Collaborate with dedicated surgical and diagnostic staff
• Manage a 1:3 call at two hospitals
• Use Da Vinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems
• Operate within an in-house referral system and a large primary care referral base
• Work with Epic EMR

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Urologist Physician, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our urology practice.

Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME.
