Job summary

iRecruitmd is seeking a skilled Urologist (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting in Montana.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat urinary tract and male reproductive system conditions, perform procedures, and collaborate with primary care and specialists. Full-time position with 1:6 call rotation; Malpractice coverage and retirement plan options are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Urology residency.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Urology.
• Active Montana license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Call: 1:6 rotation

Compensation:

• Average Salary Range (Montana): $450,000 – $650,000+ depending on experience, productivity, and call.
