Lee Health is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join our collaborative urology group in Southwest Florida. The team operates across four outpatient locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Lehigh Acres, delivering patient-centered care with access to Epic EHR integration.

The role offers opportunities for minimally invasive and robotic surgeries within a large, nonprofit health system that emphasizes mentorship, growth, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join a highly collaborative, team-oriented practice.
• Experience or ability in minimally invasive and robotic urologic procedures is desirable.
• Strong collaborative skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Treat a broad range of urologic conditions including BPH, stones, incontinence, oncology and ED.
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries as needed.
• Work within a team-based practice supported by advanced clinical staff and Epic EHR documentation.

Position Information: Urologist - Collaborative, Team-Based Opportunity, Lee Physician Group Urology | Southwest Florida

Lee Physician Group (LPG) Urology is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our highly collaborative, team-oriented, and growing practice. Our group consists of eight dedicated urologists who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.

With four outpatient locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Lehigh Acres, our physicians enjoy the benefits of a large, integrated health system combined with a collegial and supportive practice culture. Candidates will treat a broad range of urologic conditions-including BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, oncology, and erectile dysfunction-with opportunities to perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries. A special interest in female urology is welcomed and encouraged.

Our model fosters collaboration, mentorship, and shared success, supported by advanced practice providers, experienced clinical staff, and dual APP weekend call coverage (1:7 rotation). Physicians utilize Epic EHR and integrated dictation software for seamless documentation.
