Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our premier New Jersey urology practice. We offer the region’s leading, physician-led network with access to multidisciplinary care across 64 locations and more than 150 top doctors.

Compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards. The role supports patient-centered, value-based care across traditional practices, homes, and virtual platforms within VillageMD and Summit Health family.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, patient-centered care is valued.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Summit Health network.
• Participate in clinical excellence, teaching, and quality initiatives.

Compensation Range: $325,000 - $600,000. The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
