Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM is seeking a full-time urologist to manage both inpatient and outpatient care. You will make professional medical judgments, guide patient relationships, and participate in system-wide health initiatives while contributing to clinical standards and service quality.

The role includes recruitment involvement and ongoing professional development. Required qualifications include an MD/DO degree in Urology and NM medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree in Urology (board-eligible or board-certified).
• State medical license in New Mexico is required.

Responsibilities

• Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
• Manage the physician/patient relationship.
• Participate in system-wide health management initiatives.
• Provide input into the practice site’s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
• Receive and resolve patient complaints.
• Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.
• Perform other functions as required.
