Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Urologist to join our expanding team. The role provides a full-scope urology practice with support from Lahey specialists and access to state-of-the-art OR facilities.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Urology.

Responsibilities

• Manage benign urologic conditions across general urology.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery.
• Utilize laser lithotripsy and ESWL access.
• Conduct in-office procedures (cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, minor interventions).
• Explore women's health, incontinence, and BPH therapies.
• Share call approximately 1:4 with the team.
• Access advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and modern OR facilities.

Clinicians benefit from strong administrative support, excellent OR access, experienced APs, and integration with Lahey Hospital & Medical Center for advanced subspecialty consultation. The position would replace 1 of 4 MDs at the practice. The practice includes 3 MDs, each with fellowship training, one advanced provider, and another advanced provider being recruited.The OpportunityThis position is a full-scope general urology practice serving a high-demand, well-established patient population.
