PeaceHealth is looking for a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a new practice in Bellingham, Washington. This role offers a broad scope of practice, including general and female Urology, supported by local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. The compensation package includes a salary of $560,601 per year, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and exceptional health benefits. Candidates with prior experience and a desire to build a new program are encouraged to apply. Washington State offers no income tax.

Job description

PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a brand-new practice with state-of-the-art technology in Bellingham, Washington at the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. The ideal candidate is an experienced candidate that wants to help build the new program. This role has a broad scope of practice including general Urology and female Urology with excellent support and referrals from local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. Join this dedicated and collegial team in northern Washington.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week with a half day of administrative work
• Multiple ORs with supportive, employed anesthesia team
• Access to Davinci Xi robot
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is $560,601 per year
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
• 18-month salary guarantee followed by ability to earn up to 10% extra in value measures with the move to productivity-based compensation model
