Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a full-time board certified/eligible urologist to join its Arlington Heights team. This role features clinic, OR duties and rounding on a 1:7 weekend call schedule, within a busy practice that supports high-volume inpatient and outpatient care.

You will join a six-urologist group with three advanced practice providers, and have access to DaVinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic systems to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in urology.
• Full-time physician with weekend call responsibilities.
• Experience in a busy urology practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in clinic, operating room, and rounds.
• Collaborate with a six-urologist team and 3 advanced practice providers.
• Utilize DaVinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic systems for procedures.

Opportunity: Location: Arlington Heights Schedule: Call is 1:7 weekends 36 patient contact hours (Clinic, OR, rounding) Variety of office and OR/Day Surgery Market

Competitive Compensation: $367K-$641K. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance

Job Specifics: Busy urology group seeking additional urologists for patient care. Join a team of six urologists and 3 advanced practice providers at Northwest Community campus in Arlington Heights. Strong APP support: They handle inpatient needs which consist of large number of consults and rounding High quality medical services with access to DaVinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic surgical systems. Referral support from a large multi-specialty group and primary care group.
