Pinehurst Surgical Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologic Surgeon to join our established Urologic Surgery team in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This opportunity supports building a long-term practice within an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group with a strong regional reputation.

The role includes comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urology, collaboration with a wide referral network, and pathways to ownership or partnership, with relocation assistance and CME

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology.
• Eligibility for an unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
• Eligibility for hospital privileges.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a physician-owned multi-specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management.
• Join an established practice with clinical and administrative support.
• Develop subspecialty interests as desired.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and PSC resources.
• Participate in growth and strategic direction of an independent practice.
