Urology of Indiana LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing team as a Urologic Hospitalist, focusing on inpatient care, ED consults, hospital transfers, urgent surgical interventions, and coordination across hospital facilities.

This 24-hour coverage role operates on a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation, providing for 26 weeks off each year. Compensation is $650,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• DEA registration and ability to obtain hospital privileges.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate inpatient urology consults.
• Conduct daily rounds and coordinate discharge planning.
• Provide emergency and urgent urologic care.
• Perform hospital-based procedures and surgeries as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support transfer-center decision making and regional referral management.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with quality metrics.
