Accolades Physician Resources is seeking a Urogynecology physician for a private OBGYN group in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The position will join a five-physician practice with a Monday–Friday schedule, RN/MA/midwives support, and admission to one hospital.

The role offers a busy start, EMR Athena, and potential for clinical trials, with visa sponsorship available (H1B/J1 waiver).

Due to expansion, private OBGYN group is adding a Urogynecologist specialist to medical staff. Will have a brand new clinic in Fort Lauderdale area in early 2026.

ROLE

• ' Join existing single specialty practice of 5 physicians
• ' Monday thru Friday schedule /flexible
• ' Support by RN, MA + Midwives & Nurse Practitioners
• ' Admit to one hospital
• ' Opportunity for clinical trials & protected administrative time

• Salary range $300-$400k

YOU

• ' Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Florida+ Completion of Medical School & residency
• ' Training and Certification Eligibility in Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS)
• ' Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology via ABOG, ARU or AOBOG
• ' Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
