Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Westborough, MA is seeking a Urogynecologist to join the OptumCare team. The role supports top-of-license practice within a collaborative ambulatory setting, backed by Epic EMR and a large referral network.

The position offers teaching opportunities for students and residents, potential research, and a physician partnership pathway within OptumCare. A Massachusetts license and board certification/eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive surgery/Urogynecology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FPMRS/Urogynecology.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility.
• Active DEA license.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination as required by policy.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
